Ambulances
The department runs five Advanced Life Support ambulances. 

The newest ambulance in the fleet, Rescue 5, is a 2008 Horton 523 Re-Chassis onto a 2008 Ford E-450 chassis. Photos above.

1988 Pierce Dash Pumper
Engine 1 serves as the first due structural fire fighting truck.  It is equipped with 1000 gpm pump, 1000 gallon tank, 1000' of 5" hose and over 1000' of handlines.

Truck 6
was purchased in 2003 to replace a 55' Telesquirt.  It has a 1250 gpm pump and a 500 gallon tank, as well as a full complement of truck company equipment.  Truck 6 was recently used in aerial ops class.

This was the first new pumper purchased by the fire department. It returned to West Point in 1996 after an absence of more than 30 years. The apparatus was restored by Robert Dean of Hagerstown, MD.

1992 Pierce Dash Rescue Pumper

Engine 2
is first out for all MVC's and heavy duty rescue.  It is second due pumper with a 1000 gpm pump and a 750 gallon tank. In addition it carries a full complement of extrication, confined space rescue and other technical rescue equipment.

Engine 4
, serves as a four wheel drive mini-pumper, brush truck and light duty rescue vehicle.  It is equipped with 250 gpm pump and a 300 gallon tank, as well as a 20 gallon foam cell.  It also carries extrication tools and brush fire equipment.

1968 International Boyer Pumper

Engine 7
served as the workhorse of the department for over twenty years.  A four wheel drive truck with a 500 gpm pump and 400 gallon tank, it ran to all fires, wrecks and other rescues from 1968-1988.  It still serves today as a brush truck and pumper in inclement weather.
